After leaving his family’s farm and livestock operation in Illinois to attend college, Jesse began his professional employment as a product development engineer in the off-highway construction and agricultural equipment industry before following in the footsteps of his father and two grandfathers by moving into the oil and gas industry. He has held a variety of positions over his 23+ year career while working for Case Corporation, Case New Holland, Marathon Oil Company, and BP America including: test & development engineer, product design engineer, facilities engineer, manufacturing & supply chain liaison, project manager, project control team leader, CAPEX manager, risk manager, business unit leadership team, and operations manager.
Jesse has been the Executive Manager of exploration and production operations for Herman L. Loeb LLC since March 2011. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Sterling Drilling Company and Sterling Oil Field Services located in Pratt Kansas. Jesse oversees all production and field operations, exploration activities, and drilling operations across the operated and non-operated asset base for Loeb.
In his personal time Jesse enjoys supporting and volunteering in various community endeavors including outreach/missionary programs through his church, active involvement in youth athletics & travel teams, World Vision, Young Life, and Feed My Starving Children. Jesse enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids as they go through life’s experiences together.
